Hi, Chynnerio here!
It’s been a while since I started experimenting new type of blog, to share 5-Thing-To-Share every week. It’s out of the need to keep up my blog in the midst of all the busy things in life. After a while, I realise that the blog seems too shallow, and everything I share, well, I do find them interesting and fun, are not dived in enough, are not interesting enough, and I, as a writer who has written that, cannot even put up to read that.
I haven’t put in enough efforts for my blog.
And I’m sorry for that.
I created this blog as a mean to share about my life, and it did go quite well for a while, until one day, I lost the streak of weeks because I didn’t get myself to write a post for a week. Then I skipped the second week, and then third, and then for a whole month, 2 months, and then 3 months. I eventually went back with my post Back To Life, and tried to be more consistent with what I’m doing.
And in searching for something easier to handle with, I decided to change my blog’s direction to share things every week.
And,… in searching for something easier to handle with, I lost the passion I put in for every post, which used to be there when I first blogged.
I feel like something need to be addressed, something need to be changed.
I feel sorry for having delivered shallow contents each week, for making you read what I don’t even want to read.
Here is my announcement:
In hope to make my blog more meaningful and you may find it more enjoyful, I want to make this blog as weekly space in which I share a topic I’m interested in about. It will be mostly about art, but I will try to expand my comfort zone and read about other subjects and share with you. I’m always up to a further conversation about the topics, so feel free to put down some comments! And of course, 5-Thing-To-Share is still alive!
I hope that my blog will prove more useful for you, and you, as my subscriber, my friend, you deserve more!
Thank you for always being with me!
By the way, here are 5-Things-To-Share This Week :’)
Linkin Park’s new song The Emptiness Machine is fired! I really like the new vocalist. She’s talented and I love how they introduce her in the middle of the song, and that her part gives me such a goosebump that this is the song I have been listening to the whole day!

There are something wrong with my Kombucha. There’s a greeny part that looks not like mold, but it’s not normal at all. When I taste it, it tastes really weird and I have to immediately spit it out. I don’t know if it’s really mold, but it’s better to be precaution. And with that, I say goodbye to my beloved Scoby which has accompanied me since the day I begin to make Kombucha huhu.
A little note to say goodbye to my dear Scoby family.
Honestly, I don’t like summer that much, it’s hot, full of insects, and full of people, too. Now, it’s still full of insects, and full of people, but at least it’s not hot. It’s time to plan a late-summer trip! I haven’t known yet where I want to go, but I’m just going to find a cheap flight to somewhere in Europe and start exploring new cities!
Draw what speaks true to yourself. It’s not about chasing after a professional style, searching for the kind of art that you think people will love. Draw what you love! Here’s the Talk of Carlotta, an illustrator and animator from New York, on her latest project with Hermès.
In the middle of Yagi typhoon, I wish for everyone safety!
